More than 150 new homes are to be built in Glasgow's south side.
The Riverford Gardens scheme will be developed by CCG Homes on Riverford Road in Pollokshaws.
Features will include 52 three and four-bedroom houses and 104 one and two-bedroom flats. In addition, homeowners will benefit from the natural surroundings of the river, private green space as well as excellent access to local amenities and transport links.
The 156-home development has now been officially launched by City Council Leader Susan Aitken.
Speaking at the official launch, she said: "I'm pleased to launch this Riverford Gardens site and hear more about the role this development will play in the continued regeneration of Pollokshaws.
"When this development is completed, it will add to the range of houses and flats which are being built across the city. Future homeowners in this site can be sure of high quality homes in a part of the city with excellent amenities, transport links and access to green space."
Calum Murray, Director of CCG, said: "The development will be delivered entirely by the CCG Group from the delivery of energy efficient timber systems and construction through to the manufacture and fit out of all internals and services. By using our own products and expertise, we will be able to provide buyers with enhanced environmental and energy performance with an assurance of quality."
CCG Homes aim to have the first properties ready before the end of 2018.
