Finishing and drainage works are to be carried out on the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route/Balmedie to Tipperty (AWPR/B-T) project.
To deliver the scheme, the C127C Wester Ord to Blacktop Road is expected to close west of Baillieswells Road between 7am and 6pm each day between Monday, 12 March and Friday, 16 March. Diversions will be in place.
Access will be provided for residents during the daytime closure periods. Temporary traffic signals are expected to be in place from Monday, 19 March.
A Transport Scotland spokesperson said: "It is necessary to close this section of the C127C Wester Ord to Blacktop Road during each day next week to enable the contractor to safely carry out finishing and drainage works.
"We would like to encourage those drivers who would consider using this route to plan their journeys in advance. They should also give themselves additional travelling time so that they can reach their destination safely and on time.
"We thank road users and the local community in advance for their continued patience during this period."
