More Than 90 New Student Studios To Be Built In Edinburgh

Property & Construction Consultants have have been appointed by GHL to oversee the construction of 93 new studios at Stanley Place, east of the city centre.

The company will act as project manager, quantity surveyor and principal designer on the project.

Murray Warner, Partner at Hardies, said: "This exciting project has allowed us to build on our experience managing the construction of 173 student studios in Aberdeen, which achieved a BREEAM Outstanding design award.

"We are working with Hackland & Dore, The Keenan Consultancy and Scott Bennett Associates to provide the studios for GHL in time for the student intake in the summer of 2019."
