Residents in Campbeltown are being invited to have their say on a shortlist of potential defence solutions for the town.
Argyll and Bute Council has been working in partnership with AECOM to identify effective flood protection measures.
A second drop-in event for members of the public to submit their views on the proposals is scheduled to take place in Campbeltown Town Hall between 4pm and 9pm on Thursday, 01 February.
Cllr Roddy McCuish thanked those for attended the first event and gave their views and experiences of being affected by flooding.
"We have gained valuable insight into what flooding means for the people of Campbeltown, and are committed to further exploring practical, long-term and cost effective options to provide protection from flooding," he said.
"I would encourage as many local people as possible to attend our second public consultation and give their views to help us formulate our plans."
