Work has started on a £10 million fit-out project at Edinburgh Airport.

BAM Construction has been appointed to deliver the scheme at the Airport's new three-storey terminal extension, with the building scheduled to be open in late 2018.

At the start of 2017, the contractor was selected to deliver the first phase of the terminal expansion project, which forms part of a wider £80m investment at the airport.

Once finished, the terminal building will provide expanded domestic and international arrival facilities including baggage reclaim, border control, additional food/beverage outlets, expanded lounge space and new office accommodation.
