More than £170,000 is to be invested in environmental improvements across Dundee.
The Neighbourhood Services Committee will meet to discuss a package of upgrades for open spaces across the city on Monday, 08 January.
The works will include;
• Better sightlines, installation of bollards and naturalised areas at Fintry Park
• Enhancement to planted section of the residential area at Alva Square; and
• Replacement of security fencing at Kinghorne Road Allotment.
Neighbourhood Services Convener, Kevin Cordell, said the local authority has committed to more than £1m of environmental improvement works across Dundee throughout the past year.
"These are important to making the city look and feel more attractive, while also making Dundee safer using measures like replacing fencing and access controls facilities," he said.
"I'm sure these works will enrich our local environment and ensure that everyone can enjoy it."
