CMS Window Systems has strengthened its senior team by appointing David Ritchie as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Mr Ritchie joins the Cumbernauld-based company from interior fit-out business Havelock Europa, where he acted as Chief Executive Officer.
In his new role, Mr Ritchie is assigned with a number of key operational responsibilities, enabling CMS' CEO Andy Kerr to resume a role that is more customer-facing.
The appointment is the latest stage of the company's growth strategy, which will also see it develop a new manufacturing base in 2018.
CEO Andy Kerr said: "We're delighted to be able to welcome David to the business and we look forward to working together to realise our growth plans and take CMS Window Systems into a new era.
"2018 is set to be an exciting year as we expand our manufacturing capacity and expand our networks of CMS Approved Retail and Trade Partners. This will enable many more customers across different market sectors to benefit from our expanded product portfolio, whilst giving us an even better platform to serve our established residential and commercial markets."
