Plans for a new stadium and community facilities at Aberdeen Football Club (AFC) are to be heard at a pre-determination hearing next month.
The application, which will be heard by councillors as part of the planning application, is scheduled to take place from 9.30am on Wednesday, 13 September.
Features of the £50 million development includes; building new community and sports facilities, football academy, stadium, ancillary uses, formation of access roads, parking and associated landscaping and engineering works at land at West Kingsford, Skene Road, Aberdeen.
Following relevant approvals, the scheme is scheduled to be finished by 2020.
