Scotland's largest property preservation company, Richardson & Starling, has won a trio of industry accolades at the Property Care Association (PCA) awards in Coventry.
The company has been awarded first prize in the PCA UK Contractor of the Year 2017 category, as well as winning the Project of the Year award for preservation work at the Double Row Tenements in New Lanark and the Training and Staff Development category.
With more than 400 member companies in the PCA covering the UK, Richardson & Starling came top after all members had been audited.
The company previously won the PCA UK Contractor of the Year award in 2016.

Richardson & Starling have been delivering Property Care surveys and repairs since 1935 and are a Veitchi Group company, who recently celebrated 100 years in business.
