Work has started on a new 'affordable' housing scheme in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.
The 42-week project, which is being delivered by CCG on behalf of Sanctuary Scotland, involves building 24 new flats on Hume Road, Seafar.
CCG will use its Closed Panel Timber Frame System to deliver the units, with completion scheduled for early this year.
Alastair Wylie, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CCG, said: "CCG are delighted to continue our longstanding partnership with Sanctuary Scotland. We have worked with the association on many affordable housing projects across the Central Belt and we are pleased to bring much needed sustainable, affordable housing to Cumbernauld."
