Work Continues On Clackmannanshire Housing Development

Work is continuing on a new off-site housing development in Clackmannanshire.

Tigh Grian is currently building 48 new homes in Queen Street, Alva.

The project is supported by the Scottish Government's Greener Homes Initiative Scheme, on behalf of Link Group Ltd who are also acting on behalf of Paragon Housing Association.

In addition, the scheme marks the first off-site manufactured housing development built to the Gold Standard of Sustainability in Scotland.

As work on the development nears completion, Link and Tigh Grian are hosting an open day from 9am to 3.15pm on Tuesday, 06 December.

The event will showcase what is involved in both on and off-site, as well as viewing properties at various stages of construction.
