Work To Begin On £600,000 Kilmacolm Development Scheme

Work is to begin a £600,000 development scheme in Kilmacolm, Inverclyde.

Noel Regan & Sons Building and Civil Engineering Contractors UK will start setting up compound/boundary fences at Leperstone Avenue on Tuesday, 11 October.

The six-month project involves creating a new road as well as creating seven house plots with associated servicing and groundworks.

Riverside Inverclyde, the regeneration company delivering the project, said: "Occasional users of the Leperstone Avenue, Leperstone Road and Finlaystone Road areas should be aware that the car park at Finlaystone Road will be out of use and are kindly requested to be considerate of residents’ parking while in these areas. Dogwalkers should be aware of the site boundary and be cautious of site vehicles and the safety of their pet."
