Kingdom Housing Association (HA) has strengthened its senior team by selecting Matthew Busher as its new Head of Housing.
With thirteen years' experience in the social housing sector, Mr Busher begin working with Kingdom at the start of next month.
He will replace the association's previous Head of Housing, Stephen Cairns, who is stepping down after 30 years with the company.
Bill Banks, chief executive at Kingdom, said: "We are very pleased we have been able to recruit Matthew, who is an experienced Housing Professional, having previously worked as Housing Manager with another Housing Association for ten years."
Speaking on his appointment, Mr Busher said: "I am excited to be joining Kingdom Housing Association at this time. The housing sector faces an increasingly complex range of challenges and changes. But there are also many opportunities for continuing to develop and deliver excellent services. I enjoy working with customers and colleagues to find ways to continually improve services and I am looking forward to working at Kingdom Housing Association to achieve this."
