Offshore oil and gas specialist AIS Limited is to expand into a new commercial business park in Aberdeen.
The 15-year lease agreement with Knight Property Group will see the company occupy Unit 3 of the Kingshill Commercial Park in Westhill.
The move is part of AIS' expansion plans to add to its existing office space at Knight's neighbouring Kingshill Park development.
James Barrack, Managing Director at Knight Property Group, said: "It's great to see that despite being in a challenging market, AIS are continuing to thrive. We are delighted that they have chosen a second premises with Knight Property Group in which to do so."
Dan Smith, director at Savills and joint letting agent for Kingshill Commercial Park, added: "This new letting to AIS Group reiterates healthy levels of demand for high specification, new build industrial units in prime locations. The initial phase of speculative buildings is now fully let, and further encouragement can be taken from the number of expressions of interest in the next phases at Kingshill Commercial Park."
