CCG's Project Manager Tim Tracy has been named as a finalist at the Construction Manager of the Year Awards.
Mr Tracy is shortlisted in the 'Residential 7 Storeys and Under' category for his part in delivering the £13.7 million Sighthill redevelopment project in Glasgow.
The 141 'affordable' home scheme was developed for Glasgow Housing Association in summer last year and involved demolishing a high rise block along with three low rise maisonettes that were built during the 1960s.
In addition, the region is identified as one of eight priority areas for regeneration by the Transforming Communities: Glasgow (TG:G), a partnership between GHA, Glasgow City Council and the Scottish Government.
The Award winners will be announced at a ceremony in September.
