West Lothian Council has been named as one of the nations top three local authorities at the UK Housing Awards.
It was nominated in the Local Authority of the Year category due to its 1,000 new build housing programme - coming second to Manchester City Council.
In addition, the council was named as a finalist in the Outstanding Development Programme of the Year Category.
