CCG has started work on a new residential housing development in Falkirk.
The firm will build 16 cottage flats and four semi-detached houses in the Tamfourhill area.
The 'Carrick Place' development is being built for Weslo Housing Management.
CCG will use its own methods of construction to make each home energy efficient, including fitting solar panels to each property.
A Weslo Housing Management spokesperson said: "We've been actively trying to get some much needed social housing on this site for 7 years and are absolutely thrilled that we have now made a start. Designed to full varying needs space standards, the houses also incorporate an enhanced 'Silver Standard' energy specification, including photovoltaic solar panels which will ensure minimum running costs for our tenants."
Calum Murray, Director, CCG, added: "CCG is delighted to be working with Welso Housing Management to support their investment programme and add to the number of homes available for social rent in the area. The use of our offsite manufacturing approach is of significant benefit for residential builds due to the enhanced housing quality standards and energy efficiency ratings achieved."
The scheme is due to be completed by the end of 2016.
