Repairs need to be carried out at two schools in Argyll and Bute, it has been announced.
The local authority issued a statement on 13 April announcing 'routine inspections' had discovered some parts of the Rothesay Joint Campus required repair work.
The news comes after the Scottish Government revealed all the country's councils would inspect their school buildings following the closure of 17 schools in Edinburgh due to structural defects.
A council spokesperson said: "Two of our schools, following routine inspection, have been confirmed safe for use but in need of repair to some sections of the buildings.
"Repairs in Rothesay Joint Campus are scheduled to be completed before the school returns from its Easter break on Monday 18th April.
"ABC Schools, who provide these schools to the council and are responsible for the maintenance and safety of the properties, are also progressing works in Oban Joint Primary Campus.
"If this cannot be completed by Monday, we have contingency plans in place to ensure that the schools can re-open safely and for the education of our pupils to continue. Further works will be carried out over the summer."
