Aberdeenshire Council is set to hold a consultation over a planned primary school development.
Members of the public and parents are invited to discuss options, timescales and gain feedback over the proposed new Kinellar Primary School.
Officers are considering alternative options for delivery of the new schools following recent issues acquiring a site for the new building.
Overall, the event will:
• Provide an up-date on the current situation.
• Consider options/timescales for providing a new school.
• Give people the opportunity to have their say on the new facilities.
Councillor Alison Evison said: "This event will give the whole school community the chance to have their say on the new facilities.
"It builds on all of the work the council is undertaking to improve the school estate and invest in the future of young people across Aberdeenshire.”
The meeting will take place at the current Kinellar Primary School at 7pm tonight, 15 December.
