Proposals have been submitted for a new housing development in Edinburgh, it has been announced.
CCG and EDI Group PARC Craigmillar have put forward an application to build 121 homes in the Craigmillar area.
The project would mark the first residential phase of the Craigmillar Town Centre Masterplan.
A mixture of one- and two-bedroom flats will face Niddrie Mains Road, arranged in a single four-storey terrace.
Clusters of two- and three-bedroom two-storey terraced housing will be located at the back of the site, while areas will be provided for community space including a gated park for children and a public realm.
CCG expects to be on site by 2016.
