A last-standing multi-storey block of flats in Inverclyde has been demolished by River Clyde Homes (RCH).
The 76 unit Hawick Court block in the Belville area of the east end of Greenock was brought down on Sunday, 15 November.
Plans include to landscape the site and use it as a car park for nearby properties.
Previously, six blocks have been demolished in recent years.
Preparatory works by contractor SafeDem had been on-going for some months, with approximately 40kg of explosives used.
Other preparations included removing all timber, internal fittings and fixtures along with cutting out and drilling for the blowdown. Some 900-1000 drill holes were required to allow for the charging of the structure.
