Miller Homes has announced plans to develop 205 homes in Scotland.
The company is preparing to start building further phases at four sites before the end of the year.
The sites are located across the Glasgow and Midlothian areas.
The expanding developments include Keepers Gate at Ellismuir, Woodilee, Roselea and Newton Park.
Keepers Gate will include a further 23 homes, bringing the total number of properties to 77.
The Lenzie-based Woodilee development will increase from 98 homes to 181, while Roselea in Rosewell will include a further 24 homes, bringing the total number to be built to 63.
In addition, Newton Park, Cambuslang, will increase from 29 properties to 75.
