Proposals to improve roads, pathways and cycle routes around a new education campus in North Ayrshire are to be displayed.
The council will put up information boards in Kilbirnie, Beith and Dalry Libraries from 17 September.
The £1m programme of works is to coincide with the ongoing construction of the new Garnock Campus.
Progress on the new education facility is on schedule, with an expected completion date of December 2016. Campus staff and learners are to move into the new accommodation in January 2017.
Councillor Tony Gurney said: "During the consultation process, parents and residents rightly identified travel routes as being key to the success of the new school and leisure campus.
"We listened to their concerns and developed these plans which go much further than the required planning regulations and will not only provide the best possible route for pupils and the wider community, but also greatly improve the connections between and within the towns."
