A new £6.5 million development by Partick Housing Association (PHA) is underway at a former school site in Broomhill, Broomlea.
The Broomlea development is to build 14 three bedroom town houses, 18 two bedroom flats and 14 units in a accommodation facility. The project is funded by the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council, along with private finance.
PHA Chairman, Les Milne, said: "We aim to meet the aspirations held by many of our residents by providing high quality, low density large family homes."
The development is due to be completed in Spring 2016.
