Barratt Homes is to develop 147 new homes in Stirling, following the granting of planning approval.
In a development that is projected to bring over £20m of new investment to the area, the plans for Highland Gate comprise of a range of three bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, and four bedroom detached homes. A further 20 homes will be built for Stirling Council.
Work is expected to start on site later this year, with the first homes ready by next summer.
