Gourag Bridge is to undergo repair works after it was damaged earlier this year, the Highland Council has said.
It was damaged after a vehicle crashed into the structure.
The bridge, which is located on the U1221 Loch Bran – Boleskine – Gartbeg Road in Inverness, will have to temporarily close as a result of the project.
The closure will affect pedestrians, cyclists and motorists, the Council has confirmed, and restrictions will be in place until Friday 28 November or until repairs have been "satisfactorily completed".
