Fife Council Transportation and Environmental Services will be carrying out essential carriageway resurfacing and associated works on the A916 at its junction with the Q67 near Union Farm from 1st March to 3rd March.
For the works to be undertaken safely, a road closure will be required for the duration of the works and the road will be closed from the junction of the A916 and A914; the junction of the A916 and A911 and the Q67.
Bus service 41/A/B will be diverted via New Gilston, Peat Inn and Ceres during the road closure and will be unable to operate via Craigrothie.
Passengers from Craigrothie wishing to travel on these services should change service in Cupar or Ceres by travelling on Service 64.
Access for the emergency services will be maintained at all times and access for local residents and businesses will be maintained at the discretion of the contractor during the works.
