Lovell has been selected to undertake a £2.1m refurbishment programme on behalf of River Clyde Homes.
The programme will be directed at homes in the Inverclyde area.
A total of 500 homes will see new kitchens and bathrooms installed as well as rewiring work carried out, in order to bring the properties up to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard through the 37-week housing improvement scheme.
Lovell has recently completed work on an 880-home refurbishment programme for River Clyde Homes, and has also previously delivered a new-build scheme for the group, creating 195 homes at different sites in Port Glasgow.
This latest contract was awarded to the firm through a competitive tendering process.
Lovell Regional Director Alan Taylor said: "We are very pleased to be working once again with River Clyde Homes, bringing our housing refurbishment knowledge and experience to this latest programme of work which will deliver important benefits for residents."
