Premier Inn has announced it is to open two new hotels and a restaurant development in Inverness, bringing a total of 98 new jobs to the local area.
The brand new Premier Inn Inverness West hotel and Beefeater Grill will open on Glenurquhat Road on 23rd January 2012.
A second hotel, Premier Inn Inverness Centre will also open on the same day, injecting a total £17.2 million investment into the local community.
Premier Inn Inverness West features 76 bedrooms, and lies on the outskirts of Inverness, just a five minute drive away from the town centre. The beautiful countryside of the Western Highlands, beaches and Loch Ness are all easily accessible by car, making hotels in inverness popular for weekend getaways.
The Inverness West site alone is bringing a £8.6 million investment into the community and creating 50 jobs across both the restaurant and hotel.
The Premier Inn Inverness Centre hotel is a 98 bedroom build overlooking the beautiful River Ness, investing a further £8.6 million into the local area. It is just a five minute walk away from the city centre, making it a great base for touring local attractions. The new build is creating 48 jobs.
