Almondale Investments has announced the letting of 852 sq ft to public services agency, Action 4 Employment.

The firm has taken space in Soutra Point which is a multi-let office building occupying a prominent High Street position in Dalkeith town centre.

Almondale's Group Managing Director, Iain Mercer, commented: "A4e are former occupiers of the building so we are pleased to welcome them back. They provide a valuable re-employment service to the community so the accommodation they now have provides them with a prime location."
