Marley Contract Services, a Scotland based pitched roofing contractor, is celebrating after being awarded Investors in People (IIP) accreditation for the tenth consecutive year.

IIP provides a tool to help organisations measure how well they help their employees to improve their skills, knowledge and expertise to enhance their own personal career, as well as benefit the overall business. In order to achieve IIP status, Marley Contract Services had to prove that they continue to invest significant resources into training and developing their staff.
