James Barr have announced a recent run of lettings at Brucefield Industry Park, Livingston.

Two new tenants have taken occupation at Brewster Square, which comprises three terraces of refurbished units. Litho Supplies have signed a 5 year lease at Unit 12, extending to 3,107 sq ft, to base their supply operation to the Scottish printing industry. Radius Systems, who specialise in the supply of pipe systems, have chosen Unit 3 as their first location in Scotland. Both tenants signed 5 year leases with rentals of £6.25 per sq ft being agreed.

Clothing supplier, Reliant Apparel, have signed a 5 year lease at Unit 2 Calder Place, which extends to 6,521 sq ft. A rental of £4.50 per sq ft was achieved. Elsewhere on the park, Spring Engineering have expanded into 9 Rutherford Square, doubling their occupation to a total of 6,319 sq ft.

Lewis Pentland of James Barr’s Edinburgh office commented: "These deals demonstrate continued activity at the smaller end of the market and we are encouraged by the level of rents achieved. A number of additional deals are currently under offer and we hope to make further announcements in the New Year."
