Highland Construction Calls In Administrators

Highland Quality Construction (HQC) has gone into administration.

The civil engineering and construction company's directors resigned last Thursday and an administrator was appointed on Friday.

The firm is believed to have had cash flow problems; it had been awaiting payment for work on a major road project.
