Lovell has received a top rating from homebuyers in the HBF (Home Builders Federation) National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The company received five stars – the highest possible score – from customers questioned in the annual survey. More than 90 per cent of buyers surveyed who had bought new homes from Lovell were satisfied with the overall quality of their home while the same percentage said they would recommend the company to a friend.
“Our teams are totally committed to delivering the highest quality and service standards. But more than this, we want to make buying a home with Lovell as stress-free as possible and, ultimately, a great customer experience,” said Lovell managing director Stewart Davenport.
“It involves being genuinely caring and listening to what our customers want. It’s something that we feel differentiates us from our competitors and makes us stand out from the crowd. I am therefore delighted to see the dedication of our sales, customer service and construction teams underlined by the results of this independent survey.
"It is fantastic that our customers report such a high level of satisfaction with their new homes and are prepared to recommend the company. Nationally, we continue to see more sales coming through for our open market housing with reservations up this year.”
The HBF findings are echoed by the company’s own surveys of Lovell home buyers which have also revealed an overwhelmingly positive response. “We have seen 100 per cent satisfaction levels among purchasers responding to our survey – a great testimony to the efforts of the company’s sales and construction professionals,” said Stewart Davenport. “Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. The results of the HBF survey and the surveys done by Lovell clearly reflect this.”
