The developers behind an historic Angus property project have just announced a new buying option.
Stonehaven-based Scape Homes has created a development of 29 one and two bedroom apartments at the former Marine Ballroom in Arbroath.
During its illustrious past, the Hill Road building has had a number of uses including a shoe factory, a dance hall and a music venue.
The development has already attracted many buyers and investors due to its prices, 100% mortgage option and location on the coast. Now Scape Homes is offering a shared equity option which looks sets to attract even more interest.
Commenting on the move, Scape Homes’ Andrew Jack said: “We are delighted to be able to offer shared equity which will give even more people the chance to live in this unusual and popular showcase development.”
