Joint agents Ryden and JA Pollock Property Consultant, for landlord Kenmore, have sealed three deals at Almondview Office Park in Livingston.

Lettings have been secured with Work Directions and A4e, which both specialise in training and assisting unemployed people back into work, and the UK’s leading outdoor advertising company, CBS Outdoor. Each tenant has taken a suite of 2,850 sq ft at a competitive rent, with lease lengths ranging between three to five years.
