Commercial property consultants, FG Burnett, has appointed Ewen White as an Associate based in the company's Glasgow office.

Ewen specialises in the sale and purchase of investment properties and his appointment is part of FG Burnett’s strategy of extending the range of services and expertise it offers to Central Belt clients.

Ewen, who was a director with GVA Grimley and has previously worked for CBRE, has strong connections with a broad cross section of clients.

FG Burnett managing director, Angus MacCuish, said: "Ewen is well regarded in our industry and his appointment adds depth and strength to our experienced team. We have been keen to introduce another investment expert to our staff and this broadens the offering we can provide to our clients as we prepare for 2010 and beyond."

Ewen will work alongside directors Gavin Smith and Robert Scott, based at FG Burnett's office in St Vincent Place, Glasgow.
