Logan Zeros In On Kintore

Graham + Sibbald have concluded a letting to Logan Oil Tools at Kintore Business Park on behalf of Kintore Industrial Serviced Sites.

The purpose designed office and workshop unit extends to 10,000 sq.ft. and has been let at a rent of £125,000 per annum in respect of a 10 year lease

Commenting on the transaction, Simpson Buglass partner in the Graham + Sibbald's Aberdeen office said: "Logan Oil Tools are a large specialist manufacturing company based in Houston, Texas. The fact that they have decided to commit to a new facility in the Aberdeen area indicates that the oil and gas sector has a confident outlook and illustrates the fact that we have an active occupier market.

"The landlord/developer Kintore Industrial Service Sites is also to be congratulated in delivering what will be a high performing, top quality building."
