Welcoming Mr Quinn to the firm, Steve Barnett, partner at Shepherd's commercial department in Glasgow, said: "Although he only joined us a matter of weeks ago, Gavin has already proven himself to be a quick learner and a valuable addition to the commercial team. He is presently involved in commercial agency work, from where he will gain experience within our valuation, development and investment consultancy departments.

"Gavin's appointment, in itself, provides evidence of our confidence in the continuing growth in activity within Glasgow's commercial property sector."
