Almost £1.5m is set to be spent on further improvements to council homes in Dundee.
The city council's housing, Dundee Contract Services and environment services committee will be asked on Monday (April 27) to approve work totaling £1.48m.
The contracts include new heating systems, kitchens and bathrooms in more than 60 homes in Craigard Road, Craigowan Road and Ravenscraig Road and 76 properties in Campbell Street, Fullerton Street, Gardner Street, Kilberry Street and Loons Road.
Committee convener Councillor Jimmy Black said: "Over 200 tenants across the city will benefit from improvements such as new heating systems, kitchens and bathrooms and roof replacement if the reports are approved next week.
"The contracts represent part of a substantial investment to upgrade council houses in Dundee to provide our tenants with more modern facilities."
Properties in West Kirkton, Corso Street and Linlathen will get roof replacement as part of the investment in council housing stock.
