A £100m redevelopment led by Wheatley has been cleared to transform a neighbourhood in North Glasgow.
Glasgow City Council's planning committee has approved an application for 401 new homes in Wyndford.
The project will deliver 343 properties for social rent and 58 for mid-market rent.
The energy-efficient programme features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom flats, including wheelchair-accessible homes, alongside three and four-bedroom houses.
Plans also include a purpose-built, two-storey community centre with a café, bookable rooms and other amenities.
To complete the regeneration, new green spaces are proposed, with a playpark, landscaping, seating and active travel routes across the River Kelvin.
The work is backed by grant funding from the council and the Scottish Government, and a separate planning application is currently live for a football pitch.
Four outdated and unpopular multi-storey blocks at 120, 151, 171 and 191 Wyndford Road were demolished last year to make way for the scheme.
Artist impressions illustrate the vision for the neighbourhood, with construction expected to begin in mid 2027.
Lindsay Lauder, Wheatley's Director of Development and Regeneration, said: "We are happy to be able to move forward with our exciting plans for the Wyndford area.
"We are not only building homes but helping to create a community that people are proud to live in.
"We will continue to engage with our tenant-led Wyndford Futures Focus Group on the next steps of the regeneration."
