Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) has named Natalie McKail as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Ms McKail, who takes up the post on 24 August 2026, brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience spanning local and central government, the regulated private sector and the third sector. Her career includes leading housing and neighbourhood services, driving customer-focused service improvements, and overseeing governance, risk management and organisational transformation.
As Chief Operating Officer, she will provide executive leadership across SBHA's operational services and business support functions, with an emphasis on service quality, performance and delivering positive outcomes for tenants, customers and communities.
