Wyser Becomes SFHA Member To Back Scotland's Housing Providers

Wyser has become a member of the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA), marking a further step in the company's work with housing organisations across the UK.

Joining SFHA's network gives Wyser closer access to the everyday challenges facing housing teams, from increasing demand to persistent constraints on time and resources.

Wyser's technology is intended to ease those pressures by automatically capturing and structuring conversations, cutting the time spent writing up case notes and helping to create clearer, more consistent records. In practice, this allows staff to devote more time to the people they support rather than the administrative tasks that follow.

For Wyser, the decision to join SFHA is about being part of the right discussions, understanding what is happening on the ground, and building tools that fit around those realities.

Mark Pearce, Founder and CEO of Wyser, commented: "We've spent a lot of time working with housing and advice services, and one thing is consistent - teams are stretched, and too much of their time is taken up with admin rather than the work that makes the biggest difference.

"Joining SFHA gives us the chance to listen properly, learn from members, and make sure what we're building genuinely helps in the day-to-day. If we can give even a small amount of time back to frontline teams, that has a real impact."

Alison Grady, Business Manager, SFHA said: "We always strive to make sure that the associates we bring on board with SFHA add value for our members. We're delighted to be able to offer more in the AI space, where we know there will only be increasing demand and interest."

SFHA represents housing associations and co-operatives across Scotland, supporting members to provide safe, affordable homes and services that meet the needs of their communities.

Wyser's membership underscores a shared focus on practical improvements that relieve pressure, strengthen consistency, and support better outcomes for the people who rely on these services.
