Property consultancy Ryden has advanced two senior professionals to partner and brought in a strategic hire in Aberdeen, bolstering its leadership across Scotland and underpinning long‑term growth.
Daniel Stalker has been promoted to Partner in the Investment team, while Cameron Whyte becomes Partner within the Agency team in Edinburgh. The firm has also appointed Roddy Morrison as Partner in a dual role spanning Project Management and Building Consultancy in Aberdeen.
Stalker joined Ryden as a Graduate Surveyor in 2017 and has since built a strong market profile, particularly in North East Scotland, where his client relationships and deal activity have supported the firm's investment performance.
Whyte, who started at Ryden in 2011, is a key member of the Industrial Agency service in Edinburgh. His sustained results and contribution to team success have made him a well‑known figure in the industrial and logistics market.
Further internal progressions include the elevation of Craig McIver in Aberdeen and Marcus McLuskie in Glasgow to Senior Surveyor. McIver, who joined in 2021, supported the Rating team through the 2023 Non‑Domestic Rates Revaluation on complex proposals and reliefs and is now advising clients ahead of Revaluation 2026. McLuskie, who joined in 2022 as a Graduate Building Surveyor, has been recognised for consistently strong delivery on Building Consultancy projects and client advice.
Alongside the promotions, Morrison arrives to drive the continued expansion of Project Management and Building Consultancy services in Aberdeen. He previously held senior posts at CBRE and Turner & Townsend, leading the Building Consultancy team in Aberdeen and delivering major advisory and project management mandates.
Alan Gilkison, Managing Partner at Ryden, commented: "Ryden's latest promotions recognise the people driving the business forward and ensure we are well positioned for the future. Daniel and Cameron have built solid reputations in their respective fields and will continue to play an essential role in our growth, while Marcus and Craig are perfect examples of the next generation of talent coming through.
"Bringing Roddy into our Project Management and Building Consultancy services adds further strength to our capability in Aberdeen. His experience and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand our offer and support clients on increasingly complex projects in a wide range of sectors."
Ryden said the moves align the firm with evolving client needs and future market dynamics while maintaining experienced teams in core locations. As part of the LSH Group, it blends deep Scottish market knowledge with a UK‑wide network, supporting clients through the full property lifecycle from development to completion.
