Allied Surveyors Scotland has confirmed two key senior promotions within its Edinburgh commercial department, based at West Maitland Street.
Bernadetta Majewska MRICS has been elevated to the position of Associate Director, following the earlier promotion of Stewart Gorman MRICS to the same role in August 2025.
The firm stated that both surveyors have played vital roles in the expansion and success of the department, aligning with the company's commitment to delivering high-level expertise to its client base.
Stewart Gorman joined the business in 2023 from J&E Shepherd. Since then, he has been a driving force in increasing the firm's valuation instructions, working closely with lenders, SIPPs, and private clients.
Regarding his new role, Stewart Gorman said: "At the heart of what I do is giving clear, evidence-led advice that clients can rely on when making property decisions. I'm pleased to be recognised for this, and I'm looking forward to continuing to grow our commercial business across Scotland."
Bernadetta Majewska's journey with the firm began in February 2020, joining as a graduate after completing an honours degree in Urban Planning and Property Development at Heriot-Watt University. She has been central to the department's achievements in both agency advisory and valuation services.
Bernadetta Majewska commented: "Since joining Allied Surveyors Scotland as a graduate in February 2020, I am delighted with my career progression and look forward to continuing to deliver valuations for lenders, institutional and private clients, as well as providing agency advisory services."
Iain Mercer, Head of Commercial Agency (Scotland) at Allied Surveyors Scotland, added: "Stewart and Bernadetta deserve recognition for their valued contributions to the business. These promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to nurturing and retaining talent within Allied Surveyors Scotland whilst ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service possible."
