Briar Homes has officially launched Barony Rise, a new residential development bringing 39 private homes to Barrhead.
The boutique-style community, located on Aurs Road, consists of 30 four-bedroom and nine five-bedroom detached homes.
The development is situated near the Dams to Darnley Country Park, a 1,350-acre space with walking and cycling routes that links the towns of Barrhead, Newton Mearns and the Darnley area of Glasgow. The location offers residents a scenic setting while providing easy access to transport links and the wider Barrhead regeneration efforts.
Construction is currently underway at Barony Rise, with the homebuilder implementing an extensive landscaping and tree provision strategy to support local biodiversity. According to the company's managing director, Paul Kelly, the development's purpose is not just to build high-quality homes but to contribute to the wider regeneration of Barrhead by providing homes where they are needed most.
The family-run, Glasgow-based housebuilder has a reputation as a leading SME developer across Central Scotland. The Barony Rise project follows the company's successful delivery of other nearby developments, including Eden Grove at Dealston Road and the sold-out communities of Woodlea and Calderpark Gardens.
The sales cabin at Barony Rise is now open from Thursday to Monday, 11am to 5pm, for potential buyers.
