CCG Asset Management, the dedicated planned maintenance division of the CCG Group, has successfully completed a £240,000 bathroom replacement programme for Rosehill Housing Association in south Glasgow.

A total of 41 homes in the Pollok area have now benefited from the installation of new baths, wet walls, and sanitary ware.

Jim Cunningham, Manager at CCG Asset Management, commented on the project's success: "Bathroom replacements are very much what we would class as our bread-and-butter. We have been installing bathrooms – as well as kitchens and heating appliances – for decades, and with each contract, our primary goal is to make the process as streamlined as possible for the tenant."


Mr Cunningham acknowledged the challenges of working in occupied homes but praised his team's efficiency and high-quality work, along with the consistent communication maintained throughout the programme. He extended thanks to both his team and Rosehill Housing Association for their support.

Sandra Hunter, Technical Service Manager at Rosehill Housing Association, expressed satisfaction with the collaboration: "We are pleased to again be working with CCG as we continue to invest in our properties. Our Technical Services Team has worked closely with the CCG site team to deliver a successful contract with minimal disruption to our tenants. CCG has efficiently overcome any issues to ultimately deliver a contract with high satisfaction in terms of workmanship along with a positive customer journey."

The completion of this programme marks another successful collaboration in the ongoing effort to upgrade and maintain social housing across Glasgow.
