Insulation and refurbishment specialists A C Whyte have announced a series of recent contract awards and project milestones across Scotland, reflecting the company's continued growth, the strength of its client relationships, and the consistent high standards delivered by its teams.

Among the key updates:

• New £1 Million Contract with Fife Council: A C Whyte has been awarded a new £1 million contract by Fife Council for energy efficiency works at Park View, Kirkcaldy. Secured through a competitive tendering process, the project will involve the delivery of external wall insulation and insulated flat roofing.

• £2.23 Million Project Awarded in Edinburgh: Continuing its partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council, the firm has secured a £2.23 million project at Lochview, Holyrood (Lot 3). This work will focus on two high-rise blocks, installing insulated flat roofing to enhance their overall energy performance.

• Modular Construction Project Underway in Livingston: The company has broken ground on its first modular construction project in Blackridge, Livingston. This marks a significant step into the new build space for A C Whyte. The development comprises 34 energy-efficient homes, with completion targeted for the end of November 2025.

• HEEPS Programme Extended in Aberdeen: A C Whyte's ongoing work in Aberdeen as part of the Home Energy Efficiency Programmes for Scotland (HEEPS) has been extended. The company attributes this extension directly to the strong relationships built by its team and positive client feedback.

• High-Rise Project in Perth to Commence: Preparations are underway for a high-rise project in Perth, with works scheduled to begin in July 2025. A C Whyte views this as another opportunity to support sustainable development and energy efficiency at scale.
