Halliday Fraser Munro (HFM) has submitted a planning application for a purpose-built student accommodation development in Glasgow on behalf of GSS Developments. The project, designed to house 454 students, aims to provide high-quality living spaces and contribute to the regeneration of the Port Dundas area.

Key features of the proposal include enhanced connectivity, celebration of the local industrial heritage, and extensive high-quality landscaping. The project seeks to create a vibrant home for its student residents and align with the objectives of the 100-Acre Hill Masterplan.

The development also aims to address the growing demand for student accommodation in Glasgow, contributing to the city's housing needs while enriching the developing Port Dundas area.
