East Dunbartonshire Council is holding a second public consultation event on the Westerhill Development Road project. This road is part of the Council's £34.88 million Place and Growth Programme and is aimed at cutting congestion and boosting business in Bishopbriggs.
The consultation event will be held on Monday, February 10th, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm at the War Memorial Hall in Bishopbriggs. Residents, community groups, and businesses are all welcome to attend and learn more about the proposed route and ask any questions they may have.
In addition to the consultation event, information on the project can also be found online at the Council's website. The deadline for feedback is February 28th, 2025.
The Westerhill Development Road project is part of a larger City Deal project that is taking an integrated approach to improve infrastructure within East Dunbartonshire. The overall completion date for the City Deal project is the end of 2026.
